Shipping and returns
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur. Your package will be sent directly to your mailbox or to your nearest post office for you to pick up.
- Shipping cost within Sweden is 39 kr, delivery time 3-6 days.
- Shipping cost within Scandinavia and rest of Europe is 99 kr, delivery time 5-10 days.
- Shipping cost within USA, Canada and Australia is 149 kr, delivery time 8-16 days.
- All total purchase prices are excluding customs duties, import fees or any other local charges. Customs tax would be the cost of purchasing a product shipped from another country. When international customers purchase a product from us, your country may charge you customs fees on delivery.
Returns
Products bought on our sale can NOT be returned.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return your items after receiving it. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied. Items must be in their original condition including tags. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you. Once we have received your return, items will be inspected and before a refund is issued.

- For returns within Sweden, the customer is responsible for the additional cost of return-shipping, which is 39 SEK.
- For returns or cancellations outside of Sweden, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and other charges that might occur.
