How long is shipping?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery time in Sweden is 2-5 days. Scandinavia and Europe is 5-10 days and USA, Canada and Australia 8-16 days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

 

Can I return my item?

Yes, we refund all full priced items (no sale). If you want to make a return, please contact us at returns@obsessionstockholm.com and we will provide you with a return label. Items must be sent in the mail within 14 days of receiving your orders. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied. Items must be in their original condition including tags. Once we have received your return, items will be inspected and before a refund is issued.
